At Hokey Pokey, we’re a small, family-owned business proudly located on Stirling’s main street. We first opened our doors in 2018 when owners Tim and Helen moved to Australia from the UK, having fallen in love with the culture and community of the Adelaide Hills.

We specialise in seasonally inspired artisan ice creams and sorbets made from locally sourced ingredients. We use Fleurieu Milk Company milk and cream, and almost 100% local fruit, herbs and honey. We are so proud that our local community bring us their excess homegrown fruit (we swap for ice cream!) and roughly 85% of the fruit we use comes this way, from apples to grapes, plums to mulberries, lemons to rhubarb and everything inbetween!

You’ll also find handcrafted chocolates — from decadent truffles and gourmet bars to whimsical freckle lollipops, as well as locally roasted coffee, Belgian couverture hot chocolates and indulgent caramels and treats.

At Hokey Pokey Stirling we like to keep things simple - all our sorbets and dark chocolate are naturally vegan, our ice creams are mostly gluten free and we keep artificial colours and flavours out of our ice cream cabinet!
